About Program

Organizational Development is an essential program at WEEDO because we have a young staff that needs the training to be competent in management. Our goal is to train, coach, and share the experience so that it can enable them to work with confidence.

The program will be two hours per day, and volunteers will be able to participate in other activities, two to three staff members will have participated every day.
