About Program
The project’s main theme is to uplift and excel environmental conservation within societies in The United Republic of Tanzania. A better way to uphold environmental consciousness to the society is to educate the youth from Tanzanian schools or institutions such as orphanages, and provide to them a hands-on experience on caring for trees and cater students into an environmental conscious life. Planting trees is considered as one of the effective ways of enhancing carbon sequestration, that is, to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere by converting the atmospheric carbon dioxide into carbohydrates that are stored in liquid or solid forms by the plants. It is aided by a process known as photosynthesis.
