About Program
Eco Farm Lodge has been a sanctuary for the wonder of farm-to-table experience since 2011. It is a retreat where our team, guests, and animals are well looked after, and nourished with the qualities and quantities. This is a home-away from home Eco Farm has a deep and meaningful connection to the diverse communities and cultures of East Africa.
Through our personal relationships, cultural programs, and conservation efforts, we help to preserve the history, stories, artwork, medicine, and ways of life of the Iraqw and Maasai as well as the surrounding natural environment
10% of the vegetables we grow go directly to orphanages and community families who can afford 3 meals a day as their way to give back to the community.

Also volunteers will have time to explore around as karatu is the step stone to most famous Tanzania safari national Parks like ngorongoro, Tarangire, serengeti, kilimanjaro climbing and more
