About Program

BUVAD in Uganda is a registered local Non Profit struggling to improve the health statuses of our people. Some of our approaches is to provide safe water and improve hygiene and sanitation to our local founding area of
Kayunga District located in the remote central region of Uganda .

We are in urgent need of volunteers to help us combat the the big challenge of unsafe water and poor sanitation within our local and founding area communities. Through our local innovation of re-using waste plastic bottles to build very cheap but durable rain water harvesting tanks, we help needy households construct their own water tanks through material subsidy and collective labor efforts within 2 weeks of project work.

Many thanks for choosing to work along with our hospitable team of BUVAD members in Kayunga Uganda East Africa.
