About Program

Triumph Heart is an organisation in rural Jinja District that supports children with disabilities, many of whom face rejection and abuse and are often raised by elderly grandmothers.

Our mission is to empower these children and their families through outreach, drop-in, and home-visit clinics.

Weekly activities include home visits on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, where we play with the children and teach essential life skills. Wednesdays are clinic days for additional support, while Fridays are designated for drop-in sessions where children receive empowerment and resources.

Program Impact

We welcome all volunteers who have a love for children with disabilities. All volunteers will be part of our team from Monday to friday 9 am.

Volunteers will travel around the community in different forms, from a motorbike taxi to car,

We believe that each volunteer has something to offer within our team, from 18 to 100, they will be able to thoroughly experience life in Uganda, loving and working alongside our team.

If you are physiotheraptist, speech theraptist, ocupational theraptist we will be blessed even more. All we ask for is a volunteer who loves life and loves children with disabilties
