About Program

All Hands and Hearts has been addressing the unique needs of families and individuals impacted by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine since March 2022. With a focus on refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs), we are committed to supporting these communities.

AHAH has identified a city in Western Ukraine to launch a volunteer program. Uzhhorod, within Zakarpatska Oblast, is under significant pressure due to the rapid influx of over 100,000 IDPs who are seeking shelter. Volunteers will support renovating two buildings at the city's university that will provide living spaces for IDPs. In conjunction with the construction work, we will run various engagement activities for IDP communities.
