Price Details

We don't charge for your volunteering time with us. But you will have to arrange your own accommodation and food. We can help you find very cheap accommodation near us no worries and Hoi An is generally a very cheap place to live and has a good selection of restaurants to tailor all budgets.

About Program

We run a cat shelter in Hoi An. It's part of a UK based Charity. We are a cat shelter/home and house over 55 rescued cats. We not only work with improving the welfare of cats here, we aim to educate and increase the compassion towards cats and all animals throughout Vietnam. We also have converted our cat home into a new Cat cafe.

Work
There are 2 shifts for the shelter work, with one starting with the feeding and cleaning in the morning and then after lunch and afternoon off, volunteers feed again and do final cleaning in the evening.

Also there is the Cat Cafe shift which is 10am-3pm depending on volunteer placements.

We are based in Hoi An, central Vietnam, which is a beautiful, beach and riverside world heritage site. A perfect place to relax as well as doing your part for the animals.

We ask for 2 weeks minimum but prefer a monthly placement.
