About Program

Join us for an unforgettable volunteer experience in Canada, combining outdoor education, summer camp, adventure, and West Coast living!

Spring & Fall Seasons: Outdoor Education/Rental Season (March–June & September–October)
Volunteers serve as Facilitators, working with school and rental groups to deliver outdoor education programs, lead camp activities, provide instruction, and occasionally supervise overnight stays. They also assist with camp maintenance, seasonal setup, facility preparation, cleanup, and kitchen duties as needed.

Summer Season: Summer Camp (July–August)
Volunteers serve as Camp Counsellors, providing 24-hour care and supervision for 8–10 children. They lead activities, ensure safety, deliver programs, and support camp operations and special events.

Throughout the placement, volunteers can explore the Canadian outdoors and West Coast, with food and accommodation provided, plus a travel reimbursement allowance.

Experience

I had a life changing experience at this camp. It is an environment where you are accepted for who you are and where you can feel comfortable being yourself without feeling the need to be ashamed of anything.

At the same time, you learn how to navigate different social interactions. The kind of energy you bring into an environment makes a huge difference, and you definitely need patience, both with yourself and with others, as well as understanding and empathy.

If you are willing to work on yourself, learn, get to know different people, learn from them, and build genuine connections with both colleagues and children, this is an incredible opportunity. Being able to make children happy and build meaningful connections with them is one of the most rewarding parts of the experience.

Especially if you are someone who is naturally interested in people and social interactions, this experience can teach you a lot about yourself. It gives you the opportunity to discover your strengths and weaknesses, understand yourself better, and actively work on your personal development.

If you did this all over again, what's one thing you would change?
