About Program
Join a unique winter hospitality experience in Hakuba, Japan, one of the country’s most renowned destinations. We’re offering a few paid roles in ski resort operations (guest relations, F&B, hotel operations), providing hands-on experience in an international environment. This is a great opportunity for students or young professionals looking to gain valuable global experience while discovering Japan and its culture.
You will work alongside international teams, develop practical hospitality skills, and learn the Japanese art of service, omotenashi. Subsidised accommodation is provided, some meals included, and roles offer a minimum of ¥1,600 per hour. Full support is provided throughout your journey.
This opportunity is open to candidates aged 19–30 holding UK or Irish citizenship, eligible for the Working Holiday Visa for Japan. Winter placements run from December 2026 to March 2027. Limited positions available.
