About Program
Year, Semester & Gap: Going to high school in Austria for a semester or a year will be a unique and demanding (yet fulfilling) experience. During your time abroad, your local AFS chapter may organize activities, which typically include parties or excursions to other cities or regions of Austria. Austrian teenagers enjoy visiting each other’s houses, relaxing and chatting in the beautiful local cafes, watching movies and going out to dance clubs.
