Woza Soccer: Costa Rica Service

We offer high school soccer players a unique opportunity in Costa Rica. Join our international service trip and experience cross-cultural connection while contributing to social change. This program offers an immersive cultural experience in a community highly different from our own. It aims to teach community leader skills, inspiring you to give back to other people through community service -- coaching and running soccer clinics for children who do not have access to organized sport.

Soccer is a fundamental aspect of Costa Rica’s ‘Pura Vida’ culture; we will find a trace of the game everywhere we look - from fan-packed stadiums to makeshift goals in open areas. We will stay in Puntarenas and train as a member of Puntarenas FC - a local pro club and coach the younger players too. We will also play soccer in natural outdoor locations, such as in a rainforest or on the beach!
