About Program
Intern in Sydney with Boston University Study Abroad! BU Study Abroad offers unique study and intern abroad combinational programs in Sydney, Australia. US college students can join this program; it’s not just for BU students! Programs are available in the fall, spring, and summer through BU Study Abroad center in Sydney. Although students are guaranteed internship placement after acceptance into the program, placement in specific fields cannot be guaranteed. Students are encouraged to check the BU Study Abroad website to view common past internships.

Program Highlights
- Students from all over the world join BU Abroad programs in Sydney, and experience cross-cultural exchange first hand as they study and intern in the company of Australian and international students.
- Student accommodations are located close to the University of Sydney and the University of Technology, Sydney; students will have the chance to live in a college town amongst hundreds of students.
- BU Sydney Center offers students the opportunity to enroll in academically competitive classes while interning in a variety of available fields, adding to their academic and professional experience.
- Students are housed comfortably close to the city center and other universities in Sydney. Public transport is easy to come by; students live in close proximity to shopping and financial districts.
- Students receive support from BU Study Abroad pre-departure regarding their study abroad program and internship in Sydney, as well as onsite support from the BU Study Abroad center staff in Sydney.
