Shanghai Done Right

I enjoyed my time in Shanghai from them moment I arrived until the internship ended. The NLI staff was there to greet us at the airport and took us to our housing which was right downtown close to almost everything. I interned as a financial analyst at a wealth management company, and was actually surprised at the tasks I was assigned. I was given real world actual client portfolio to review and provide analysis. This really blew me away. My co workers were always friendly, and was always willing to answer the thousands of translation questions I asked. I also liked the networking events NLI would organized, i was able to meet so many influential business people. Overall I actually enjoyed both the internship and Shanghai. I would recommend if you're doing an internship in China, definitely do it in Shanghai.
