About Program

Project Cordillera’s Catalyst Programme offers a structured six-month internship that includes professional guidance from an experienced mentor, as well as access to the social enterprise, international development, and adventure tourism sectors. Our team, together with our wider network of experts in different fields, are looking for talented and highly motivated individuals to support us in meeting a number needs throughout our business. Project Cordillera is working to develop strong connections with universities, community organizations, and professional groups to further support and contribute to local initiatives and our work in sustainability in Peru and Colombia.

We seek committed individuals who are capable of independent work as well as collaboration across a diverse team. You should have a passion for adventure and travel, preferable with a keen interest in climbing, trekking, and/or other outdoor activities. You should have an interest in one or more of the following thematic areas: sustainable tourism, international development, community development, social enterprise, mountain communities, environmental protection, cross-cultural learning and/or outdoor education. Furthermore, you should be able to work independently to structured deadlines, be a capable communicator, and have energy and enthusiasm for our purpose.
