Geomatics Placement at Environment Agency

This is a year-long placement for students who are in their penultimate year of an undergraduate degree programme. The degree must include content on remote sensing and/or geographic information systems (GIS). It is for students committed to a career in geomatics and/or the environmental sector.

Your placement year will be spent with our small team in our Bath office where you’ll be supported by your team leader, a geomatics expert, and an independent mentor. You’ll gain valid and relevant exposure to a wide range of geomatics activities.
