About Program

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our team in Italy, working full-time to support our customer service operations in the tourism industry. This internship provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospitality and client relations, ideal for someone passionate about travel and delivering exceptional service to international visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
Support to Booking Department
Support to check-in activities for tours & tickets delivery
Excursions in town
Translation into the student’s mother tongue
Review Manager

Conditions:
Minimum duration: 3 months
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Possible to start internship after 1st of August 2026.
