We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented intern to join our team in Italy and support customer service operations in the tourism sector. This internship offers practical experience in hospitality, guest relations and international tourism within a dynamic multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist with client inquiries and reservations (online and in person), provide travel information and local recommendations, support booking coordination and itineraries, communicate with international guests, help resolve operational issues and contribute to improving service quality.

What we offer:
Hands-on experience in international tourism, direct contact with clients, a supportive multicultural environment, development of communication skills, and monthly financial support of €300.

Conditions:
Minimum duration: 3 months
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Possible to start internship after 1st of August 2026.
