About Program
Start your international career with a paid hospitality internship in Japan through Regent Hospitality. Our 6- and 12-month programs offer eligible hospitality students hands-on experience at leading hotels and resorts across Japan, including international hotels, luxury properties, and popular resort destinations.
Regent Hospitality provides hotel internship placements in Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, Kitchen/Culinary, and Housekeeping. Interns gain practical experience in Japanese hospitality, international guest service, hotel operations, and multicultural work environments while earning approximately JPY 1,100–1,500 per hour. Eligible students may also earn academic credits, subject to their institution’s requirements.
Regent Hospitality supports participants with hotel placement, visa guidance, pre-arrival preparation, accommodation assistance, and ongoing support.
