Fundraising & Business Development Internships in South Africa

Assist with the strategic development of a nonprofit organization during a business development internship in Africa. You’ll be part of a purpose-driven organization focused on social development or environmental impact. As an intern, you’ll use your skills to help with the overall sustainability of the initiative. This can involve working on digital marketing strategies, assisting with fundraising, creating budgets and proposals, or developing sustainability plans. Either way; you’ll be working on a strategic level and assisting with long-term growth of the organization. These business and entrepreneurship internships in Africa provide an exciting opportunity to gain practical work experience and support an important cause at the same time.

We offer business development internships in South Africa, as well as remotely. Whether you’ll work on site or online, you’ll be part of a small but dedicated team that you can add substantial value to as an intern.

Having started off as the offshoot of an urban greening project, Roots Interns has always been aware of our environmental impact.
