Post Graduate and Internship Assistant is a full-time position based in Morogoro, Tanzania, lasting for 3-6 months from February to April or August. The role, offered by the Secondary Education for Girls Advancement (SEGA) organization under Nurturing Minds, focuses on supporting girls' education in Tanzania. The Assistant will work closely with the Post Graduate Scholarship and Internship Manager to collect and share success stories of SEGA graduates, coordinate internships, and maintain alumni data. Responsibilities include impact story collection, internship coordination, and data management. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, communication skills, organizational proficiency, and the ability to work independently and in a team. The position offers a $300/month stipend, housing, meals, and transportation.
