About Program
Our internship program is open to students who are passionate about international development, organized, and eager to participate in cultural and learning exchange activities on topics related to Shanti Uganda’s values. Our organization is dedicated to providing safe women-centerd care and supporting the well-being of birthing mothers. We hope that you will join us on our mission to create a world where all mothers are healthy, safe, and able to reach their full potential.
We accept applications from a wide variety of students and professionals, including health and wellness practitioners, birth workers, development and humanitarian specialists, educators, and those passionate about women’s rights, social justice, and community-based development. We have a number of internship positions available, including Assistant Project Coordinator, Communications Coordinator, Monitoring & Evaluation Intern, Education Specialist/Researcher, and Development & Partnerships Coordinator.
