What is your favorite travel memory?
My favorite travel memory goes back to when I was younger, when I traveled with my sister to Ceuta. It was my first time discovering that part of Spain, which felt both familiar and completely different at the same time. What made it especially memorable was the contrast: being in Spain, yet in a place that felt like another world, with an incredible beach, a unique mix of cultures, and a very special atmosphere. We spent our days exploring, talking, laughing, and simply enjoying. Those moments created beautiful memories that have stayed with me ever since and still make me smile whenever I think about them.
How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?
Since working for my current company, I have grown professionally. I have been able to put my existing knowledge into practice in real, concrete situations while continuously improving my skills. At the same time, I have learned many new things and developed competencies in areas that were new to me, from communication and client relations to problem-solving. This experience has also allowed me to train myself on a wide range of topics, gain confidence in my abilities, and become more autonomous and efficient in my work.
What is the best story you've heard from a return student?
One of the best stories I’ve heard from a returning student was from someone who was genuinely amazed by how much progress he made in such a short time. He told us that he enjoyed his immersion stay so much that it never felt like “studying.” Thanks to the constant conversations, daily practice, and supportive environment, he was able to significantly improve his French in just one week. He came back much more confident, surprised by his own progress, and motivated to continue learning.
If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?
If I could go on any program our company offers, I would honestly choose all of them, because each destination is truly unique. What makes our programs special is the opportunity to discover every region of France through the eyes of a local teacher who is an expert in their area. Each stay includes authentic, carefully chosen activities that allow you to experience the culture, lifestyle, and traditions of the region in a meaningful way. You don’t just learn the language; you live it, guided by someone who knows the region inside out.
What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?
What makes our company truly unique is the highly personalized, flexible nature of our programs. Each experience is carefully tailored to the student allowing us to create solutions that genuinely fit their needs rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach. I am especially proud of our small team because of the way we communicate and work together so effectively. We are highly complementary, supportive of one another, and able to adapt quickly, which allows us to deliver a consistently high-quality experience for our students.
What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?
I believe the biggest factor in being a successful company is the ability to truly listen to clients and adapt to their needs over time. Success comes from building trust through consistent quality, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to delivering value. When a company combines this client-focused approach with a strong, collaborative team that shares the same vision and standards, it creates sustainable growth and long-term success.
