What is your favorite travel memory?

So many wonderful travel memories, it is difficult to pick just one. Maybe the Philippines for the wildest nature, Polynesia for the incredible lagoons, Bali for its culture and colors, the Dominican Republic for the happy people despite hardship...and marvelous beaches. Brazil's mixed culture of Salvador de Bahia, and Pompeii with my mom, who had dreamed of going there.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I love my job even more as I keep traveling with my students, and showing them around, and teaching french, is such an intense experience. The 3 years I've been teaching with S.L.Immersion have given me the opportunity to set up a full program of activities specially designed to meet the needs of my various students, so I realized I was able to handle quite well all the aspects of the immersion -- teaching, cooking, hosting and guiding, entertaining -- what a combination I learned!

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

Probably I would want to visit Brittany, Normandy, and northern places just for fun, as I'm very familiar with the south. Each region of France is incredibly beautiful, so it would be hard to choose, and the cultural programs offered by the teachers are so interesting and worth a visit that the hardest thing is to find the time to learn the language and participate in everything. But what a challenging, fun experience.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

The professionalism from the administration in general, great teachers, strong skills, and positive energy, always paying attention to detail and the well-being of both students and staff. Continuously making great efforts to improve the quality of services, developing and communicating with the most recent technology.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

All of the above, maybe more than the rest is human consideration more than just business. The joy of making things work and making people happy, of course, combined with a definite professional conscientiousness and diplomacy, a flair for the right people for the right task.
