I attended four weeks of instruction at Spanish adventure and I am told that my Spanish has improved greatly. The instructors here are very kind and patient. The atmosphere is gorgeous with Colombian jungle and incredible Rivers all around you. The adventures are really challenging and fun. The food is healthy and plentiful. The accommodations are extremely clean and comfortable. Studying with people from all around the world was motivating and really interesting. I highly recommend Spanish adventure to anyone that wants to improve their language through immersion and also wants to have some fun and adventures on their down time.

I loved my week at Spanish adventures! We stayed in a really nice house with a lovely group of people. Everyday we did an adventure. For example we went to a beautifull jungle book style river and we went to the closest city: San Carlos. Its a very cute non-touristy city, people drive around on horses there! I learned a lot in the classes trough a lot of practice and repetition. You also have one on one training where you just speak Spanish for an hour. Because of this I got much more confident in speaking Spanish.

I would highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn Spanish in a supportive and well-organized environment. When I first arrived, I didn’t speak any Spanish at all, but the teachers were very patient and immediately knew how to adapt their teaching to my level and learning style. They made me feel comfortable from the beginning, which really helped me gain confidence while speaking and practicing the language.

The private lessons were especially great because they were personalized and focused on what I needed to improve the most.

I had an amazing experience here and the staff is very helpful. I would have appreciated a little more information before arriving but once arriving I had an amazing time with my group of 7 people. Some people have decided to stay more but I was here for one week. In this week, you only have classes Tuesday through Friday in the morning and in the afternoons you go on a fun adventure. Saturday is an activity day where you have a couple of options and you pick with your group. We chose tubing and had a great time.

I spent there 5 weeks, time was passing through very quickly during my staying. I was a volunteer originally, then i extended my staying, again and again, i felt so much home there. So much memories... I have my loveliest experiences there during my 3 months of travelling around the country. I totally recommened it, expecially for individual travellers who desire for a family feeling. Learning spanish was way easier than before, this is the best way to learn the language and practise it, thank you very much guys! 💚

There is so much to say about Spanish Adventure!
I thought I would stay for three weeks but ended up extending for five weeks. At the end of every week I felt excited about how much more there was to learn, and the location was amazing. The weekly projects were fun and often made me step way outside my comfort zone - writing and reciting poems, making short films, and my favorite, making traditional Colombian dishes to share. Beautiful mountains surround the school and the weekly adventures were unbelievable. I stayed in both a private room and a shared room during my time there and both felt spacious and comfortable. All of the teacher and staff members are absolutely brilliant, all with a unique background and story that shines through the way they teach and share. This is a place I would gladly return to!

I would 10/10 recommend going to Spanish Adventure. Not only have I learned so much during the Spanish Classes, I’ve also had so much fun with the amazingly talented teachers and the other students. The school is located in this beautiful, colorful town of San Carlos, where there’s lots of waterfalls and rivers to discover. Besides the daily Spanish classes, you will multiple times a week work on a creative project, the guides will take you on different adventures in the area and you will practice Spanish with the locals during the weekly language exchange. I’m super grateful for this experience and
I really hope to come back one day!
