About Program
Attention food and wine lovers, if you're looking to learn Italian while indulging in great Italian wines and local cuisine, then this course is for you!
Study Italian for 4 hours everyday, Mon to Fri - 9.00 AM to 12.40 PM, in a group lesson with an average of 4-5 students and a max. of 9.
Cooking lessons are twice a week, Wed and Fri from 4.00 to 8.00 PM, at the cook’s home - a beautiful apartment in the city center with a large terrace, where you'll dine with a nice view of the city. The experienced cook will show you the secrets of Italian cuisine and Ligurian specialities and your feast will be paired with fine Italian wines.
Wine tasting takes place on Thursday, either from 4.30 PM to 6 PM or from 6 PM to 7.30 PM. You'll be introduced to the world of Italian wine by a sommelier with deep experience and enjoy the best regional wines, along with delicious local dishes.
The course is 30 hours a week: 20 hours of language, 8 hours of cooking, 2 hours of wine tasting.
