Hi all TEFL teachers
We arrived in Bankok to the warmth of the Thai people and culture. The course was intense and not as simple as anticipated. Come to Thailand with the right frame of mind that the course is intense . Many areas to cover. Amazing experiences in thai class training. Subject matter well presented and put across .. There were some really difficult areas in our studies. We had a brilliant lecturer JUNE ... 😃😃 friendly , warm , helpful ,patient. We had an amazing co ordinator in Pak.. always helpful in and out of class questions . Food , Travel at weekends .
Wow .. We learnt sooo much . In 3 weeks . Definetly a must do . It is amazing . The Thai people and culture are so warm and friendly..

This is Praveen Kumar from India and I am working as a Vice Principal in a School , I am working as a teacher for the past 15 years having a teaching degree i was always looking for an teaching Jobs abroad so after doing lot of reasearch i felt that the ACT is the right place where i can do my TEFL course in Bangkok it is the gat way for the getting an teaching job in abroad. I am now in bangkok and really after going through the regourous training program i have leaned lot of new techniquies in teaching and many new methods in teaching English and the practical experience which we got because of teaching practice in thailand school was really great.
ACT has given me an opportunity to meet the persons from different parts of the world as our trainee were from US, Uk, South Africa and Australia.
I never thought that learning can be so enjoyable .
Frankly speaking after the traning i feel now i am a complete teacher.
I would like to give credit my trainer June as well as coordinator Pak who were very help ful in all aspects .

This was my first experience abroad. I believe that without the assistance from our co-coordinator, i would have certainly been lost in the system of things here. Having a teacher as passionate as June, without a doubt made the world of difference, she was always willing to go the extra mile, whether it was with regards to course material, or even helping me out when i left my passport in the taxi. I feel that even if i didn't use my TEFL certification after the course, that just having been apart of the experience would have been well worth every penny and every minute I've invested. The course has taught me so much more than just how to teach an EFL class, and i know for sure ill be using these skills for the rest of my life. I discovered i have a passion for teaching, and after every Thai class practice lesson, i genuinely just wanted to walk back in, despite the nerves before the lesson.

If you want face to face hands on TEFL training, ACT offers the best deal. After all my research with different companies, ACT offered the best price for hands on training. Many other companies just threw you into an online program. I had a blast meeting everyone from all over the world. I really got to connect with my fellow students over the course of 3 weeks. The instruction from June was great. She is a fantastic teacher. The support from both June and Pak was great too. I was always able to reach them and sometimes even had questions after hours when class was already over. The course load was not difficult. We did have to prep sometimes for peer teach and demo lessons but the time you spent doing that outside of class was up to you. We were given time in class to work on most things as well . Regarding job assistance, Pak was able to find me two jobs in Bangkok, but since I really wanted to get a job outside Bangkok, she gave me a few contacts to aid me in that as well. i wish I possibly could have had more job opportunities offered through ACT but I just worked very hard on my own after hours during week 3 of the course utilizing different job boards and contacting many schools and agencies on my own. Overall the course was great. I feel very prepared to jump in and be a teacher after all the tools and skills ACT has taught me. The only thing we wish we knew ahead of time was that there are ways to teach without a college degree in Thailand (under an education visa) so I wish this was made clear to me because then I may have had a few people join the course with me. The TEFL course was an awesome experience . I'm so glad i enrolled for the course . The in class TEFL course is a must . The exposure that you get with doing Tefl in class is huge . Everything you learn in class you use as a teacher . I would say the TEFL course is a must if you want to teach in thailand . The teaching techniques you learn helps you with preparation in class . Overall great support system and help provided .

I am so glad to avail this opportunity of going through in-class training tefl training course. My experience of learning not only from the trainers but from each individual of different background has been amazing. The methodology that is used in tefl is very creative, fun and practical. For me the most significant had been the teaching practice in schools, which is a part of the program. It boosted my confidence level to a great extent . I am so thankful for my trainers for supporting us through and through.

I strongly recommend ACT because it is one place for theoretical knowledge and practical exposure.I had a very wonderful experience here and learnt a lot from my teachers and my peers.My teachers were very supportive and approchable and they would solve all our queries.We had a hands-on teacher training in different schools,we got the opportunity to teach all levels of students and the curriculum followed is very well planned.

It was an amazing journey. Every day 1 to 15 is so good for me. I have learn more new things and strategies or mythology. It's was a good way to grow a futer ,or improve status in the front of people .this is also help to improve skill or getting good skills. My trainer Mrs. Anamika mukheerje is very good , confident and cooperative. She always help me or students in every field. She teach all things very well.my trainee method of teaching is good I should apply in further futer, I can fell good to do this course I learn new things. After this course I want to do a job in abroad as well as I want become a language teacher

Enlightening experience.learnt various innovative techniques of teaching English to foreign learners especially tefl who are language deficient. The highlight of the program is its 120 hrs in class training .The teaching practice was also very helpful. I never knew that using gestures was so vital for teaching to language deficient learners. The first session on foreign language experience is my most memorable experience in the entire program . I learnt few words of Setswana language in few minutes just by observing gestures.

It is a great course for people who opt for teaching as there career. ACT is a great institution to get tefl course. Learned various teaching methodologies. Got first hand experience at foreign language learning and language aqusition. Had a experience of life time . It has given me a direction in my life. Made my journey towards being a teacher easy and smooth .
