The TEFL course was a great choice for me. It was enjoyable and well-structured. Easy to go though. I really enjoyed the end-of-chapter tests, I found them to be very helpful in consolidating what was learned. And all the videos helped break the monotony of the course.
I am now certified to teach and I am so glad I did the course. The only thing I have a complaint for is the price for extending the course in case one doesn't finish on time. Other than that, I have been very happy and I would recommend the course to anyone.

The knowledge reviews along the way made sure to keep me on track, engaged and motivated. The online content and platform are easy to use and full of great things. This course really challenged me to think differently about teaching English as a foreign language. I have been teaching German as a foreign language for 5 years and this course has even helped in the way that I teach that now. I am a Taiwanese girl living in South Africa. I took my level 5 combined course in Johannesburg. There were a few concepts in the course which I did not understand at first. However, because the content is online, we are allowed to read the text over and over again as well as ask tutors for support, thus learning becomes much easier. I attended the 10 hour classroom practice with the expectation that it would be very difficult as I have no teaching experience. However, the TEFL trainer taught in a way that made the atmosphere very relaxed. Plenty of interactive activities engaged our interest and stimulated our critical thinking as well. The training provided by the TEFL trainer was made easy and to the point so that by the end of the lesson, all of us were prepared enough to give very good presentations to the rest of the class. The TEFL level 5 combined course is one I would highly recommend to anyone who is not just looking for a teaching job, but would like to expand their horizons by experiencing new cultures and realising the potential of your students and yourself.
