I had a great time doing the course. I learned a lot of new and interesting things. The lay out of each unit was concise and straightforward. It wasn’t overbearing. This assignments might at first be a little daunting but they provide templates and examples and that’s really great. The resources were great and it never took long for assignments to be graded. It was definitely the best thing i decided to do in 2022. I would recommend this to anyone who’s interested in teaching and or even traveling abroad. It’s a great way to have a new experience. It’ll be a decision you won’t regret.

This program is great for people looking for a complete TEFL course that will give you a respected certificate and knowledge on many aspects of teaching English as a foreign language. It prepares you to organize many different types of classes and teaches you about many different things. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of a challenge and a course that will actually be useful in the future and look good on your résumé. I also have had a good experience so far with the support and have had no issues.

I recently completed my TEFL 5 Diploma through The TEFL Academy and I am incredibly impressed with the level of education and support that I received throughout the program. I initially had concerns that revisiting the cold and repetitive intricacies of academic English would be tedious let alone boring, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the course was not only engaging but also satisfying and nostalgic in a sense. The material was clearly presented and provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the key principles and techniques required to be an effective English teacher.

The administrative and support staff were truly outstanding, providing professional and responsive assistance whenever I had questions or concerns. The website was well-maintained, visually pleasing and easy to navigate, making it a breeze to complete the coursework. Additionally, the webinars were a valuable supplement to the course, providing an opportunity to further develop my understanding of key concepts and expand my skill set.

TEFL academy is a very organized institution, everything that's asked from the student is given as content, we have a lot of extra material to enhance our knowledge, you don't need to be afraid of the assignments, they are a way to help you organize your own strategies in terms of lessons and the TEFl academy gives you all the steps. Again it's very organized, but you will not have the experience of teaching, I think level 5 course's don't have it, but it's still worth it because you still plan how you'd give lessons for real

The content of the course is very good. I’ve learned how to teach a foreign language because of this course. With no prior experience to teaching, the content of the course helped me to understand all the recent methodologies of teaching English as a foreign language. The support by the tutors was alright, but could’ve been better. However, disputes all the positive experiences with the studying that was mentioned, I highly do not recommend anyone to take the course with The TEFL Academy for several reasons:
1- after the completion of the course, I waited more than 6 weeks to receive my hard copy certificate, but nothing was delivered.

2- When I reached out to the academy, they said that it most likely lost and I’m gonna have to pay for a replacement which was 37 USD. I asked them this time for a tracking number, they said “Our standard delivery service does not come with a shipping tracking number. And if you want to a tracking number, you gonna have to pay extra.”

3- They blamed me for providing a wrong address, although the provided address was completely accurate.

Their alumni’s service is really terrible. And for anyone else trying to get an online TEFL course, please make sure to check before you start and to inquire about all the post-course details.

The class was interactive and engaging, with plenty of opportunities for discussion and collaboration. The instructor encouraged participation and provided timely and helpful feedback on assignments. The class also included a variety of multimedia resources, such as videos and readings, which helped to keep me engaged and reinforced the material covered in class.

One of the benefits of taking an online class is the flexibility it provides. I was able to complete assignments and participate in class discussions on my own schedule, which made it easier for me to balance my other responsibilities. The class was also accessible from anywhere, I was able to join the class remotely, which was great.

I was also impressed with the level of support and assistance provided by the instructor. Whenever I had a question or needed help with an assignment, the instructor was quick to respond and provided detailed and helpful guidance.

Overall, I would recommend this online class to others. The class was well-taught, engaging, and provided a good learning experience.

My experience was amazing as the customer service support and tutors were amazing. I would encourage potential students to do the combined course as the peer-to-peer teaching practice is priceless and has prepared me to teach and boosted my confidence. It feels like a real life teaching scenario so it is very beneficial and I still draw on that experience today and will continue to do so as I venture into teaching English.Try to manage your time well as you will have to pay for extensions if you don’t. Do not hesitate to get in touch with customer support or the tutors as they are very helpful.
