Ultimate Oz gave me an awesome week. It was full of fun activities from sand boarding to dolphin watching, beach walks to chilling with Josie the kangaroo. It's such a good way to make friends and the ultimate oz team are really helpful and super friendly. I would highly recommend the experience.

My experience at ultimate oz has been great! It is a great way to start your Australia journey! I have met a great group of people and done loads of great activities; seen dolphins, sandboarding, basecamp and the guids were just super enthousiastic and fun! Thanks ultimate oz!

I came out to Oz by myself, which was pretty scary at first not knowing what will happen when you get off that plane, but everything went super smooth. I met some amazing people pretty much the moment I got to the hostel. I was worried it might turn into one of those daggy group tours. It really wasn't! Cruise around the Opera House the one day and cuddle a kangaroo the next - I absolutely loved it!

This arrival package was awesome. There were great activities and I got to meet a lot of cool people during my first week in Sydney that I became good friends with. I'd definitely do this again! My highlight was the harbour cruise.

It's so hard to choose what my favourite part was ... I loved the sand boarding at base camp, and we saw so many dolphins on the dolphin cruise! One big highlight for me was meeting Josie, the resident kangaroo where we stayed in Port Stephens ... not many people can say they've got a selfie with a kangaroo! The Bondi to Coogee walk was awesome too! Jeff and Evie, our tour guides, were so great and crazy fun! We did all the fun stuff, but they helped me set up a bank account and a tax file number too, I had such a great start to my Oz trip with these guys that I've decided I never want to leave! My only complaint is that it had to end!

Like the Drake song this is the best I ever had. Highlights for me were the boat cruise around Sydney Harbor, Sandboarding and hiking at Base Camp, the dolphin cruise and the party bus! Having seen the Opera House on the first day, to then sail around it blasting music on a catamaran on the second day in the beautiful Sydney sunshine the week started off on a high. The third day sent us up the coast to Port Stephens where we stayed in a fantastic rustic hostel, complete with its own kangaroo!!! After a party on the beach we woke up to adventure day, doing everything from sand-boarding to surfing to hiking to a full on Aussie barbecue for dinner!! The staff were excellent, the plan was non-stop and I met friends I have since traveled with on further adventures. Having a final kick off on a party bus around Sydney as the last big night was epic. Friends made, fun had, if I could I'd do it again and again and again!!

Honestly I joined Ultimate Thailand on a bit of a whim, having worked in Boston for awhile and wanting a break to really see what else is out there. I made the right choice. Things started off right with a personal sign and punctual pick up at the airport and the momentum kept on moving. My guide, Nikki from Liverpool!! was an absolute blast, very knowledgeable and incredibly outgoing. I felt immediately comfortable with the group, the welcome dinner and first night out being a terrific icebreaker for a my solo travels. I've since traveled to Koh Tao with members of my group and we are planning further adventures. The highlight for me was Khao Sok National Park, the second stop after Bangkok. Bangkok, Koh Phi Phi and Koh Phangan are great, the hustle, bustle and energy comparable to a weekend blitz of New York but I much preferred being out of the city and seeing the Asiatic landscapes of the National Parks (Khao Sok and Maya Bay). Moments and days like those are the reason I travel and thanks to Ultimate Thailand I've made friends to keep the good times rolling!!!!

I had never done any travelling before so was quite apprehensive to start with, especially as I was travelling on my own. As soon as I met the group, I was immediately put at ease. The tour guides were fantastic, extremely knowledgeable about Thailand and made sure we had the most amazing experience on the trip.
I absolutely loved the itinerary of the trip! We saw some amazing and diverse parts of Thailand, from the crazy city of Bangkok to the most spectacular beaches and the stunning Khao Sok National Park.
Deciding to do this trip was honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made! If you are looking to meet like-minded people, visit some spectacular places and start your adventures in South East Asia, then I cannot recommend this trip more highly!
