I'll start with the obvious, shall I? This course (I ended up with the 120-hour premium TEFL-TESOL in the end) was brilliant value, to the point where I had to check, double-check, and then check again with them what it actually included. You get the TEFL certificate without any problem: it's actually on the course and you just download it when you've finished the learning. There's actually a cargo-load of extras after this where you can look for jobs, download a course review text and help yourself to other things. They're all very good quality, which matches the course itself. Highly impressed is how I's phrase my gratitude for this course. A very happy customer.

But why you have put down your prices 16 days after I payed for your course?? I work hard to study this course. It’s good but now I finish I see price has changed down. Maybe you refund me the 5 dollars? It’s confusing business where you take down prices. I study every day and take 1 quiz or 2 quiz’s and I feel like I am getting stronger to teach. I want to take course extention now but why you not offer same cheap price offer longer course? Best thing to me is the challenges and teachers on the video. Is this on longer course in abundant? The team who are in charge are excellent. From the time that I started the course to the finished time, many things have been changed and make better. For examples, there is now many coloured images on the course page and coloured areas to keep my eyes more awakened when I study at night. The information is very elaborate and focus on the online and classroom area, which are something I believe is important. Although I have some question in the time of the studying I have been able to receive answers quickly and to my satisfy each time. Certificate is excellent quality and I have been able to download and print one copy for my framing I am proud to show my students my hard work certificate.

My first impressions were that they need to drastically update their website! I'm used to crisp, fresh sites that are interactive. Theirs? They're lucky I checked the reviews is all I'm saying!

The good news? Their LMS isn't their website. Phew! Once I got started with the course it was night and day and properly engaging, interactive, colorful, and everything you want from an online site. My advice to them when I messaged was that they need to update their website cos they're likely losing potential students who expect something super modern and we all do judge a book by its cover to an extent - especially when they're taking our money. Anyway, so yeah this is a worth-while course undertaking for multiple reasons: yeah, it's cheap for one, but its also got accreditors that check-out, it seems I can get my certificates notarized if I need to next year, the content is rich and interesting, and they made a real effort to give me multiple ops to review and apply what I read and listened to. Oh, and the teaching videos are incredibly helpful; I'm not really sure how many there were but it was a lot. I watched them all. Best thing.

So, in short, aware that this hasn't been so short so far, the website you land on isn't great in terms of looks (bye-bye star! can't have 5 stars until you update your site to 2026 standards), though it gives good information. However, the site you actually learn on is the opposite, as its modern and everything you hope for is there, well for the price-point anyway!

I didn't pay much for this course so figured it'd be an underwhelming experience with a few clicks and a download with maybe a few teaching videos flung into the mix if I were lucky, but this actually surprised me in a properly good way. The text was full of tips and teacher stories and that kind of thing, there were questions on most pages with a bit of feedback explaining the answers, videos of teaching were often accompanied by questions to make you think a bit about what you'd read, and there were tons and tons of resources to look at once I'd gotten my cert safely downloaded. What I would say is don't be expecting text to jump around, be sung to you or anything daft like that: you still have to read lots or listen to the lad on the video narrating it, which isn't for everyone (though I don't know how else you'd learn it to be fair). They've done been engaging as much as they can but it's still learning something you have to be motivated for. I thought the course was dapper anyway.

I liked this course...alot!!! Mark answered my questions before I parted with my money. I'm not sure about their response time because I was more concerned with if they'd reply at all considering the cost of the course. I checked the accredditation and some reviews and got set in. The platform they use is really nice and modern and let's you have lots of feedback on your answers which is good for figuring your way through the content. They said it's practical and it definately is in one way though you obviously don't get to teach anyone which I was kind of glad about though I'm sure it'd be fine, I just don't really want to teach online. I can vouch for the 120 hours course being good for beginners.

My first impression when I looked at their website was that it was professional, no spelling mistakes, lots of vibrant images and a lot of information about teaching English, so a very good start.

Paying was easy, as you get directed to the checkout. It was a slight annoyance having to enter my account details to enroll on their learning management system off site, but they promised a smooth learning experience, so who am I to argue with that?

The course content was excellent. I say that having learned online before. Now, could they up their game with interactive videos rather than teacher-talk ones? Absolutely, but I imagine this would place the course price beyond where I'd be willing to pay. The text content is mirrored by the teacher-talking-head and it's super-thorough to the point where you have review questions with the text you're reading, then a separate review quiz and a unit quiz, which is the one that gets recorded.

The units they cover are many, including cultural differences, classroom management, past teaching approaches, lesson planning, receptive skills, productive skills, assessment and feedback plus online teaching and others: this seemed like it covered everything I saw in the training videos of real teachers and gave me a lot to think about.

For every unit, there are different scenario learning activities after the practice quizzes. These started off a little easier but then moved onto full lesson scenarios and got a bit more challenging. The best thing about these was the immediate feedback. So, even though the course is sefl-paced and automated, there's still feedback, which is more than my past university online courses tended to provide, though essays for those did give feedback.

I'm happy to promote this course and wish they had an affiliate system. In short, my experience was easily 5 stars and the TEFL course has given me far more than I had imagined my money would get me. This is an easy recommendation for anyone looking for a legitimate learning experience on how to teach English without training in the flesh.

After you pay, you learn on a platform like Moodle (many of us are familiar with this from online classes). Everything is fast and you just work through the modules. There are a couple that are a bit shorter, but still fairly long and filled with information (most of it is pretty interesting if you know nothing of teaching).

Navigation is easy. You move form text to review tasks and then complete a unit quiz, but it's nothing harsh, you just have to refer back to the text you read or watched. They have talking head-style videos to narrate the text, which are pretty good if you just want to listen and rest your eyes. The guy sounds British with a bit of East coast to him, so it's quite an interesting accent. There are actually tons of videos of teaching as well.

When I got done, I was able to dl my certificates right away - you get two. I don't need it authenticated right now, but there are links at the end of the course for that kinda thing plus links to review, which was my roadmap to here.

It's an eays recommend for the cost of the course. They offer longer ones and practical add-ons, it seems, but this regular one was cheaper and had enough practical stuff for my level. All good.

Okay, I have enjoyed this course muchly, but I'm not sure why courses so often say they have tutor support or lecturer support when really there's little need for any. Maybe thats not such a bad thing? It's maybe a sales thing that all courses say? Anyway, there is really no need to use a tutor since the feedback provided on the learning system is very direct and complete.

With this covered, I can move forward onto the clearly positives of the course. It's accreditation is provided to the same TEFL courses as TEFL Institution Ireland, PremierTEFL and many others (the second of these I was considered for trying but the price was a little more than I wanted even though the reputation of it is very good). This gave me much confidence, and so did the course as soon as I started, because it's smooth and full of clear information in text and video recordings. I can't say I was totally engaged, because some units were more interesting than others, and it's still online learning, which I think is never so interesting for me.

Where this course was most engaging was the teaching videos by other teachers and the questions later in the course that made me consider a sequence of events during a full class. It's definately not a basic course, but it also lacks full job support. I knew this when I paid that it wouldn't be a possibility for full jobs package, but there are many job links provided at the course's end. So, I wasn't disappointed by the smaller excluded things because they do include many larger things and some small things like links to get the certificate apostilled and an activity package ffor learners. I think I now have written too much! This is a good and reliable TEFL course.

this was my first online training course but its easy to see why they have a good reputation as staff were always ready to give me help and the course itself hit the mark with everything from videos to wee tip boxes and checkpoin t questions and kinda thing. i had no clue what i was doing at first as ive never taught or thought of it before but after the 11th module i had a good idea of what teaching was gonna be like. this is easy enough to follow and the videos showing teachers doing their classroom thing made it clear what to expect for me. this doesnt look like itll be an easy gig but it does feel like something i can absolutely get into which i kinda appreciate about this course cos it doesnt hide that tefl teaching is going to be an ajustment. anyway thats me its a solid course and i liked it
