This was a valuable experience because I learned so much. Unlike some reviewers, I didn't even bother with the videos - I focused on reading the text and taking notes. The only videos I watched were of teaching and in the quizzes. I'm amazed at how much they include for the price, so once I got my certs in my inbox it was kind of relief and astonishment! I deliberately didn't review right away because I wanted to make sure the certs were accepted for work. They have done for my job in Korea. Another thing I'll add is that the service team is class and always got back to me super speedily. Great experience and recommended.

I hate to be 'that' person, but when are companies going to just give one price that includes everything? If you buy this course, you need to know that the cheaper version doesn't have verification - they make you pay £7.50 to be able to verify and print your certificate - auto star off on principle alone! I had no idea about it.

On the flip side, the TEFL course is very good quality and worthwhile, just be sure to look at their tag on. Tutors were friendly and polite, but that doesn't make up for me needing to pay for verification privileges now, does it?

Let me start by saying the 120 Hour TEFL course by TEFLmasters was excellent value for money and every bit as useful as they claimed it to be. It was not perfect, but it was close if talking hour of study per pound spent. Since I'm on the negatives, I did detect a couple of errors in video pronunciation: it seems they use a blend of AI speech with human speech for videos, which I don't object to considering the price-point, but a few times there were what I'd describe as robo-twitches (actually quite humorous more-so than anything else). While conversing with one of the staff via email, upon raising this point, they responded that they're in the midst of changing some videos to remedy this. The latter brings me to one of the (what I consider to be numerous) resounding positives: the support staff. I cannot praise the staff of this company more. They were responsive, polite and downright efficient in every way. For example, I was stuck on a multiple answer question and within 15 minutes of asking, a member had taken the time to explain the erroneous answers (rather than simply provide me with the correct answers). Another time, pre-certification, I requested that they include my middle name to which I received a response that absolutely this would be possible, and a follow-up with my digital certificate within an hour. One cannot overlook this kind of service when it is often so easy for companies to hide behind their online presence. I reserve plaudits especially for the sheer abundance and quality of course content offered by TEFLmasters, however; it is almost unconscionable to expect this kind of quality for the price that I paid, yet their course is proof. One could ramble on but, in conclusion, this is an excellent TEFL provider that does not just boast excellent resources, they also understand the value in providing superior customer service to their paying students.

This is definitely one of those lucky internet finds that you come away from feeling like you've robbed the poor company! No idea how they've not put their prices up since I started the course in April, but this is a proper steal for anyone looking to get out of the UK or whatever. I was working full-on for the past while, so I couldn't do it quickly, but it's good, and the guy I was emailing seemed sound for letting me take a few more weeks to finish it without charging me. I paid near enough nothing for this, but it's got me a job abroad and wasn’t too boring, so job done in my book. Good course.

Wonderful! I didn't imagine it would be like this with so much informations that could actually help me, but so it is. I am applying now for the jobs online and tutoring privately in my home city and I feel very prepared for this. 120 hours for the course is possible, but I don't think all students will take this time, because the teachers say to watch the videos and read the text, and do one of these again before taking the review activity and quiz. I did not repeat so I believe the course took me around 90 hours in total. Even like this I have come away from the training feeling very confident and full of the knowledge on how to teach a small class. I think from the scene learning that teaching a larger class will be a different experience indeed, but I believe I can learn this skill if I ever place myself on this situation. I appreciate the effort the teachers have placed in making their course very interesting and knowledgeful. I give this 5 stars but of course it is not perfect. I would like to see an activity when teachers can make their own demonstration video and have feedback, por example, but maybe this will take the price up too much.

I feel when you receive great service you must tell others to help them choose that place and also have great service. This company is great in so many ways. I start the course in summer and do it every Sundays and even when I have a question on weekend they reply quickly. I really like the teaching style and the choice of reading or watching videos or both. My best thing was the inter active reviews after learning units, though as these helped me understand things with the classroom teaching in my mind. I receive my TEFL diploma 1 hour after I finish the course though they say it would maybe be 12 hours. I am very happy with everything.

I found this after going on a deep search (maybe too deep) online for something in my price range. I tried a free course before going for this one, but it was just pages of text and basic questions. This was my next choice as the others around this price range looked a bit...dubious. This one was great because it had so many videos and things to engage me. The best thing was having to analyze the teaching videos of classroom lessons because it helped me get perspective of the real thing. Actually, for not having any practical teaching, they managed to come close. It makes me wonder what they could come up with if they charged a bit more and invested it in even more interactive reviews. As it is, especiallyfor its price, it's already awesome.

I read lots online that TEFL courses without any practical elements aren't as effective as those with and that I wouldn't learn anything that would help me in the classroom. Well now that I've done an online one I can say the latter isn't accurate at all. I can see why practical experience would be good, but I'm satisfied with getting the theory down and seeing examples of how to put it into effect. This course was very comprehensive from start to finish and gave me lots of relevant information for applying for a EPIK job in South Korea.

I'm happy to share that my online experience was very good and that everything was delivered as it was promised. I had some time off, so I blasted through it in a couple of weeks and have already received my TESOL cert by email. Since I have another 260 characters remaining before I'm able to send this, I'm going to see if I can write it in just one very long sentence; I have no idea why you'd force a reviewer to write 500 characters in order to leave a review, but that's just the way it is, so here.

The TEFLmasters was very easy to deal with from the off. Dom answered my questions quickly from the start and told me what to expect with the course. I only needed to message once more to let them know to add my middle initial to my certificates, which another staff member got to me. Everything was easy and intuitive. Learning for me was videos, a few question flows to check I did actually get what I thought I got, and the main quiz. I don't do text. Everything is well designed and had a pro feel to it despite what I think was a bargain price. It's worth noting that I did find cheaper courses out there, so these guys are by no means the cheapest, but they looked the best happy medium.
