About Program

This exceptional program places you at historic Charles University (founded in 1348!) right in the heart of picturesque Prague. It's not all about aesthetics though, as Charles University is the top-ranked university in the Czech Republic and enrolls some 50,000 students in its 300 degree programs. Find your community through the Czech Buddy program, with the support of CIS Abroad and university staff, or by joining one of the numerous clubs on campus. While English is commonly spoken around Prague (and very common around the university), you'll learn a bit of Czech at the start of the semester to help you get around. Most courses instructed in English have a local focus and include subjects such as art, culture, sociology, psychology, literature, history, economics, and politics.

This program is currently not being promoted on Go Overseas by its provider. Check with CIS Abroad for the most up-to-date information regarding the status of this program.
