The Next Gen program brings you behind the curtain access to an elite team and the sporting industry at large.

The curriculum is organized around key pillars of sport, business and personal growth. Each day will focus on a theme, from leadership to entrepreneurship, or a deep dive into psychology or branding. Your course leaders will guide you through the topics and introduce you to special guests who are athletic icons, industry experts and cultural insiders. You will be let into the mindset of elite athletes and an English Premier League club: Manchester City. Your classroom will span the commercial and cultural capital of London and the heartland of football, Manchester, as you explore innovations within esports or the metaverse, delve into sector topics and workshop your own ideas.

Next Gen students are sports enthusiasts, future entrepreneurs, young athletes, social justice advocates, eGamers and storytellers – you are team players and individualists.
