Unforgettable Experience!

If you are going into business or a similar field and you're itching to see the world, you have to go on this study abroad program! Participating in this program was the best decision I have ever made....

Friends: I made great friends in this short time span! For future participants, go into the program with an open mind and try not to join with a friend so you can meet new people. Being overseas in a new environment helps to forge relationships with people you never would have expected to!

Class: The classwork was fun and exciting, we presented or performed skits on business topics throughout the week and it was a competition between the different groups. For instance, one presentation was to create a rap, skit, or some sort of presentation for a new invention and we had to sell it to our classmates. This structure kept the material fun while being in such great cities!

Housing: We stayed mostly in hostels, however we stayed in a hotel in London. You typically room with a couple of girls which helps you meet others!

Favorite memories: There are so many, but some of my favorites were biking around the city of Berlin with a tour guide, climbing the Alps in Engelberg, Switzerland, and walking up the Eiffel tower (we walked nearly 700 steps). We were also in London during the time of the royal wedding with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. This was an exciting time seeing the city come alive filled with flags and decorations of the wedding.

Impact: Within a span of 3 weeks, we traveled to 4 different countries and 5 cities. This experience changed my life. I learned so much about myself, business, and life outside of the USA. It gave me a better perspective of life and I now have the "go get it" attitude. To me, the biggest thing that I learned is that life is not all about money. Traveling the world is much more important and enriching than worrying about money.

It was an unforgettable experience and I'm already wanting to go back!
