Virtual Study Abroad in India:Criminal Justice & Cultural Studies

This one of a kind Virtual Study Abroad Program includes a Short Online Course on 'Criminal Justice System in India'. This Course would create an awareness about the current Criminal Justice System in India; including history behind the present system; its constituents, structure, role & functions, office bearers, laying special emphasizing on the Indian Parliament & Political System, Indian Executive/Law Enforcement System (including aspects of Forensic Investigation), Indian Judicial System & Indian Prisons System, together with detailing Indian Laws, Indian Penal Code and Code of Criminal Procedure, citing relevant examples & case studies. Course includes an additional Masterclass on Indian Culture. Undergraduate (Junior Year/Other Years or Semesters) & Graduate Students (Any Year/Semester/Quarter) at US Universities & Community Colleges, and in Other Countries, Majoring in any Subject/Field are welcome to apply. This Program can be taken as both; Credit based & Non-Credit Course.
