This specialized summer study abroad program emphasizes Italian hospitality operations management, studied, observed, and practiced in beautiful Sorrento, Italy. Located just 20 miles south of Naples, Sorrento is known as the gateway to the Amalfi Coast. Learn the ins and outs of international hospitality through the study of political, cultural, and economic environments on the Italian Coast. This program is a collaboration with Johnson & Wales University, a global leader in hospitality management. Abundant excursions and site visits emphasize etiquette and protocol in the hospitality industry and provide exceptional insights into what your future career might entail.
