Explore Portugal’s approach to environmental justice and social equity, challenging conventional ideas about growth, technology, and sustainability. From Lisbon, study urban planning policies that provide equal access to parks, green spaces, and zero-carbon public transportation. Coursework uses a Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystems (WEFE) Nexus lens to examine integrated resource management.
