About Program

Spend a semester in Spain engaging in deeply immersive, cross-cultural study while tackling some of the world’s most urgent challenges. You’ll be pushed to rethink accepted ideas, analyze—and even challenge—existing systems, and design creative, impactful solutions to global issues. Guided by Alfred Nobel’s conviction that “Ideas can change the world,” your academic journey centers on an EF signature course, Lessons from Nobel: Design Thinking & Leadership for Social Impact. Additional coursework at the University of Granada and EF’s Study Center in Málaga blends interdisciplinary learning with intensive Spanish language development. The semester concludes with a capstone experience at the Nobel Week Dialogue in Sweden.
