With a strong commitment towards the environment, SIT's Master of Arts in Sustainable Development was developed with the aim to teach students how to design innovative solutions to today’s complex problems between the economy disparity and environmental destruction.
Participants will get to know how to create long-lasting changes both in society and environment, acquire the tools and skills to understand and directly engage with the complexity of today’s systemic problems through several project creations and management, comprehend eco-social contexts and solutions, and much more.
This flexible degree combines classroom and online learning, allowing you to keep your job while keeping up with your studies. You'll be able to experience a short residence in Vermont and Mexico, where you’ll witness a diverse array of sustainable development projects, whilst the online portions of the program will allow you to implement what you've learned in your own community work.
