About Program

This 4 -week summer program is offered by Gustolab International, Institute for Food Studies, located in Rome, Italy. The main theme of the program is food systems and sustainability in Vietnam. Students will visit museums, historic and religious sites, markets, restaurants , farms, and listen to local experts. The course is led by Prof. Jack Harris of Hobart and William Smith colleges and it offers credits.
