Korea's island life

My teaching experience in Korea was a fun, stress free experience. I had the added advantage of living on an island known for its beautiful beaches. The plus of this was that I only started work at 3pm, so lots of time for beach and exploring in the morning! The work was fairly straight forward - the curriculum was provided and the children reasonably well behaved. The best time was on the weekends when my friends and I would packup the little Kia and head to a deserted beach for camping and laughs. When winter came around there was always entertainment to be had in the local restaurants and bars. Once acquiring a taste for kimchi (local delicacy of fermented, spicy cabbage) and soju (rice wine) life is truely good!
