About Program
The CELTA is, globally, the most well-known qualification for teachers of English as a foreign language. In fact, over 60% of teaching jobs on TEFL websites list the CELTA as a minumum requirement.
The syllabus and comprehensive criteria of the CELTA course are outlined by Cambridge Assessment to ensure that they are consistent wherever you take your training.
The course is 120 hours in length and includes six hours of teaching practice where you get to try out all the ideas and teaching techniques on real language learners from around the world. It is this practical component, together with the Cambridge accrediation, that makes the CELTA the first choice qualification for employers.
