My friend and I both found communications to be spotty, even sketchy prior to departure. We feared a scam. Once we arrived, however, we were housed in a brilliant condo in a quiet part of Phuket, had training right on the beach, and had ample job support once placed. Training didn't support teaching too much, but salary was more than sufficient and the six months were an absolute blast. Ultimately, if you just submit yourself to the somewhat chaotic preface, which is almost preparatory for life in Thailand, and have a leap of faith, you'll be rewarded.

What would you improve about this program?

Front end communications. More visibility and contact prior to departure -- the US offices were almost invisible.

Can married couples apply and live in a private apartment?

Short Term "Special Job Project" is a program where the schools provide accommodation for 5 months as its the contract period. Surely married couples can apply.
