Program Impact

*Indigenous communities.*
Due to globalization and the high flow of information, several families have decided to leave their land and move closer to civilization. This has caused alarm among the educational team of the schools and the members of the communities, as there is a lack of interest among the new generations in preserving practices, food, and knowledge of local medicine. There has been an increase in families looking for drugs and asking for more support from the government.

*Rural communities*
These families continue to experience problems that we do not know how to avoid. There is a need to offer more educational opportunities that are easy and quick to implement, such as workshops, conferences, games for children and teenagers, and many other ideas that we have in mind.
There are differences between men and women, between local and indigenous populations, drug abuse, and drugs in the youth population.
Our goal is to bring people closer to a coexistence with nature and with each other which creates awareness to live in harmony.

Knowledge and Wisdom

A beautiful place to reconnect to nature and reconnect to yourself.
A place to learn a lot of knowledge about nature, plants, and permaculture. Also a lot of wisdom u can learn from the host.
The combination is really unique and i am greatful to stayed there.
Also we had a lot of fun, played games, danced together or meditated together, enjoyed music together and we all learned together.
The food was always very tasty and healthy and vegan and i enjoyed the cooking and eating together like a family.
Also we are sourrended by pure nature, it was amazing to wake up and fall asleep with the sound of the nature and the birds. Also 20mins per walking is a very beautiful waterfall where u can enjoy swimming or meditating.

The project dalo tsana was an unforgettable experience.

Thank you Dalo, thank you to all volunteers and warm people. I've learned so much about farm life and about myself. To live, laugh and learn in the midst of it. Accompanying plants from seed to harvest, being able to experience and learn something new every day, as well as enjoying the exchange with the other volunteers and the indigenous communities and locals and being inspired. Everyone is made welcome and it feels like one big Dalo family. The project has a lot of potential and grows with everyone who is dedicated to it. In a short time I learned what I never found in many workshops. It feels easy to take in all the information and implement it, to create again yourself.

Pros
  • - silence and beauty of the nature
  • - more than 200 medicinal plants
  • - best delicious and healthy foof
