About Program
We are looking for individuals who are interested in teaching ESL or those that already are and want to improve their skills and abilities. At Paragon Galapagos, volunteers participate in every phase of the teaching process, from planning to instruction to assessment and so much more. The teaching Staff and volunteers have a daily planning meeting with direct support from the head teacher and director of Paragon Galapagos.
Additionally, Paragon Galapagos volunteers act as cultural ambassadors. They lead our weekly English and Coffee conversation time, as well as spend time in the garden getting to know the students.
Volunteers will work approximately 4 hours a day, 2 teaching and 2 as a cultural ambassador.
