About Program
Our field volunteer program aims to bring people from all over the world together in the effort of protecting and restoring the biodiversity of the islands of Kalamos, Kastos and their satelite islands and to bring sustainable development and environmental justice in an area unique for global biodiversity and natural beauty.
Volunteers stay and become a part of the local community during their time with the project
The work is primarily focused in developing solutions and generating information that will help the cause of the project.
Our mode of living and existence is that of an eco-community aimed at having the least possible negative environmental impact
At present field volunteers can become involved in either one or more of our pre- arranged activities or do stand alone work in one of our thematic areas
