About Program
Friends Vision is based out of Naivasha, Kenya, in the heart of the Rift Valley, the home of Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate National Park. A beautiful destination of which travelers come far and wide - is also the home of our beloved organization.
Friends Vision offers a variety of community outreach programs located in Kenya. Some of our volunteer placements include : Orphanages, HIV/ AIDs Clinics, Medical / Health Sector, Community Development, Construction, Farming and Information Technology.
Consider your impact: Volunteering abroad can be a rewarding experience for both volunteers and local communities, and at Go Overseas, we believe all volunteers should have the resources to make informed decisions about the type of volunteer project they want to partake in. However, despite best intentions, some organizations offering placements in orphanages may unknowingly place children in danger.
