Social Workers Union Voluntary Internship.

We are looking for individuals with English Language skills to assist us in the daily work of the social workers union. The office is located in Bethlehem and we are able to provide volunteers with a host family to stay with. Activities and roles vary and we will try our best to match your experience and skill set to the work that you do. Typically this will include writing for the monthly newsletter and general office work as well as attending meetings and conferences in Bethlehem and other Palestinian cities. Your role will also vary depending on whether you speak Arabic or not and also depending on if you have a background in social work. However we do not require those specific skills- English language and an understanding and interest in both the situation in Palestine and the profession of social work are sufficient.
