We are looking for a creative Events & Campaigns Coordinator to engage and grow LAFF’s supporter community. You will design and deliver events and campaigns, support community-led initiatives, and work with the Communications and Fundraising teams to promote LAFF’s mission of expanding access to education in Peru.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver online and in-person fundraising events
- Support and guide community members running their own events
- Build partnerships with individuals and businesses
- Promote events with tailored communications and visual content
- Develop innovative campaigns to engage diverse audiences

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in events, communications, or PR (volunteering or professional)
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English; Spanish desirable
- Creative, proactive, and culturally sensitive
