About Program
LRTT Rwanda will be based in the rural town of Rwamagana. The goal for the LRTT team is to support Rwandan teachers to improve the quality of their teaching and the outcomes for their pupils. As part of a team on this Fellowship you will have a unique opportunity to adapt the training programmes and implement a model to make this work more sustainable. Our Rwanda Fellowship will give you the chance to shape the project and be part of an exciting challenge. You will be involved in increasing the capacity of Rwandan teachers to lead teacher training in their own schools, enacting truly sustainable change.
