About Program
Explore the field of veterinary medicine in the most unique and exciting way! Head to South Africa for a hands-on experience with small animals, large animals, and wildlife. Ride along the Wild Coast treating street dogs, working with local farms animals, and relocating African wildlife. All training is provided so there's no experience necessary- we accept pre-vet students, vet students, gap year students, vet techs/nurses, and anyone with an interest in animal science, conservation, or welfare. Our volunteers work hard, gain invaluable experience, make a significant impact on our local animals, and have a once-in-a-lifetime adventure!
